Mobile and roadside service

By requesting mobile or roadside service from OCRV Fleet Services, you authorize our technicians to access the vehicle at the specified location and perform inspection and approved repair work. You confirm that you are authorized to request service for the vehicle.

Vehicle condition

Any pre-existing damage will be documented in writing and photographs at the start of service. OCRV is not liable for pre-existing conditions.

Tow coordination

If a vehicle cannot be repaired on site and tow service is coordinated by OCRV, towing is performed by a licensed third-party carrier. OCRV is not the tow carrier of record.
