Every repair starts with a free written estimate. Labor is billed at flat-rate hours from the OEM time guide, parts are billed at retail with fleet discounts for contracted accounts, and shop supplies are capped. No surprise add-ons.
Do you offer volume discounts for fleets?+
Yes. Fleets of 5 or more vehicles qualify for tiered labor and parts pricing. Contracted accounts on a Master Service Agreement get the deepest discounts, plus locked-in response times.
What payment terms do you offer?+
Retail customers pay on completion. Contracted fleet accounts qualify for Net 30 or Net 45 billing. We accept all major cards, ACH, and check.
Can I get a quote without bringing the truck in?+
